Priyavrata Mafatlal is a seasoned industrialist and a fifth-generation
entrepreneur of the 119-year-old Arvind Mafatlal Group. He is the Vice
Chairman of Arvind Mafatlal Group, MD Mafatlal Industries Ltd, one of India’s oldest textile companies and also serves on the Board of NOCIL Limited, which is India’s largest manufacturer of specialty rubber chemicals.

Mr. Saurabh Agrawal

Chief Strategist and Investment Officer

Saurabh Agrawal is the Chief Strategy and Investment Officer, he is focused
on building the investment portfolio for the Mafatlal Family Office. He has
been instrumental in building the foundation of the family office by
designing the governance framework, investment policy and strategic asset allocation framework.

As the Chief Strategy and Investment Officer, Saurabh Agrawal is focused on building the investment portfolio for the Mafatlal Family Office. With an experience of two decades in advisory and consulting, he has advised large families on corporate restructuring and efficient investment holding structures and has developed strategic approaches to various complex issues.
